About Scott Kitchens
Scott Kitchens is a partner in the Atlanta office and a member of Alston & Bird’s Corporate Transactions & Securities Group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, technology transactions, and corporate governance. Scott is also leader of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Team, where he focuses on the legal implications of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the businesses of our client.
